You Can't Make Me

In the book "Doctor Who: The Inside Story", Christopher Eccleston's makeup artist, Davy Jones, said of him "He only want's fiv minutes in the chair--it's like trying to get a whippet ready!"

So then I drew this. Mind you, I've no clue how Davy Jones looks, so this is just a random makeup person.
