Wow. This comic is, despite my best efforts, developing a plot. Sort of. In a kind of general way. Yeah.
Mostly, this stems from a desire to do more Chibi-Four, and also some of the other Doctors, eventually.
It's set post-GitF, and directly after my comic "When The Dotors Meet" (the first one) . Consider the second one a little aside. Like a prequel, kinda, to the rest of the comic. Right. Enjoy the Chibi-Four-ness.
Oh! And the TARDIS! There's the TARDIS console in the background. It's a bit crap, really, but the inside of the TARDIS is bollocks-hard to draw. >_<.

Reminds me of that fanfic where.... 9 had been hiding in the back of 10's mind long past his regeneration, got pissed off at 10 for the same reasons....and took over his body to get Rose back.
