Paaaaaaage 5!
In this comic, Rose has been in Pete's World for about twenty years, and has built up a reputation for being an incredibly valuable Torchwood agent (due in part to her knowledge of aliens gained by her travels with the Doctor, and in part due to the abilities granted to her by the Vortex), to the point where she's kind of looked on as a bit of a legend. Hence the name-dropping.
She doesn't age, and can't be killed (much like Jack), another side effect of the Vortex.
Anyway, can I just mention? I hate drawing feet. >_<
Getting faves is always nice, but comments are (in my opinion) much better. Hearing what people thing of my work really makes me want to continue.
